We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Ann Arbor office tax practice from February 2019 to April 2019.

How You Will Make an Impact as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant:

  • Copies and prepares documents for distribution to clients and associates
  • Scans and files documents
  • Provides general clerical/administrative support to tax department
  • Acts as an alternate for the receptionist (answering a multi-line phone system and greeting visitors)
  • Occasionally types correspondence, reports and other documents

  • Willingness to perform all tasks related to the administrative function, and to assist others in the office
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to all internal clients and office visitors
