We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Toledo office tax practice from January 2019 to April 2019!

How You Will Make an Impact as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant:

  • Copies and prepares documents for distribution to clients and associates
  • Scans and files documents
  • Provides general clerical/administrative support to tax department
  • Acts as an alternate for the receptionist (answering a multi-line phone system and greeting visitors
  • Occasionally types correspondence, reports and other documents
  • May operate in our various tax software programs to assemble returns 

Your Desired Skills, Experiences & Values:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to perform all tasks related to the administrative function, and to assist others in the office
  • Some experience with a variety of software programs preferred, but not required 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to all internal clients and office visitors
  • Ability to work with multiple associates at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and frequently organize workload
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate peak-season workload
