We are seeking a talented part-time Receptionist  for our Stuart office.
We would expect this position to work 24 hours per week during most of the year, but ramp up to 30 hours per week during our peak seasons. 


How You’ll Make an Impact at Rehmann:

  • Making a memorable first impression to callers and visitors to our office
  • Receiving/sending mail and express packages
  • Distributing mail to office associates
  • Typing correspondence, reports and other documents as needed
  • Copying and preparing reports and other documents for distribution to clients and associates
  • Scanning and filing documents as needed
  • Providing clerical/administrative support for the office
  • Coordinating client meetings, including scheduling & preparing conference rooms, ordering lunches, preparing materials, etc.
  • Coordinating rental car reservations for office associates
  • Acting as an office-wide resource to support all associates with client service

Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:

  • 2+ years in a professional office setting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate switchboard and document production equipment such as copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm or greater
  • Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to external and internal clients
  • Ability to display a professional office demeanor and business etiquette
  • Willingness to tackle new challenges and projects
  • Desire to find new opportunities to bring value to the role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
