We are seeking a talented marketing specialist to support the growth of Rehmann's niche industry groups.

How You Will Make an Impact at Rehmann:

  • Drive growth and development within one or more of Rehmann’s industries. 
  • Implement a marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing plan and the firm’s operating plan  
  • Collaborate with various members of the marketing team to execute advertising, public relations, campaigns, marketing collateral, events, digital marketing and other initiatives
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables and expectations are met
  • Adhere to marketing budget
  • Develop a understanding of key markets and defined industries
  • Keep up-to-date on relevant topics, and recognize trends and opportunities to drive revenue/growth
  • Identify Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive mutual strategic goals
  • Measure and report on growth and return on investment
  • Assist with firm-wide or special projects that support internal or external marketing plans
  • Identify and facilitate creation and use of marketing and sales materials for regional business development activities

Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or communications preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and communications techniques and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of digital and social media technologies to drive marketing efforts
  • Demonstrates good writing capabilities for collateral, web, social media, campaigns, etc.
  • 7+ years working within the marketing function
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage time in an environment requiring balance of responsiveness to multiple advisors
  • Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner and work within a deadline-oriented environment
  • Demonstrate a professional image, self-confidence and positive attitude
