We’re looking for an individual ready to collaborate with the Southeast MI region marketing manager to develop and implement the Southeast MI region marketing plan AND a team-player that can partner with our leadership and marketing team to develop and deploy advertising, PR, lead-nurturing campaigns, tradeshows, events, digital strategies, sponsorships, you name it.

Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:

  • Readiness to work closely with the marketing manager to develop and implement a Southeast Michigan region marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing plan and the Firm’s operating plan 
  • Experience implementing marketing initiatives, with 3+ years working within the marketing function
  • Collaborative and engaged approach to working with business advisors and members of the marketing team in an environment that requires work prioritization and a balance of responsiveness to multiple stakeholders
  • Organization and project-management competence that enables the execution of plans within budget, ensuring that project timelines, deliverables and expectations are met
  • Active listening skills focused on finding solutions to internal and external client pain points
  • Ability to write effective copy for use in collateral, web, social media, campaigns, press releases, etc.
  • Understanding of digital and social media technologies to drive marketing efforts
  • Strategic mindset with consistent attention to measurement and reporting on growth and return on investment
  • Curiosity, drive and aptitude to remain a continuous learner that stays up to date on relevant marketing topics, emerging trends, new tactics and opportunities to drive revenue and growth
  • Desire to project a professional presence with confidence and positivity
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or communications
