We are seeking a talented professional to join our Financial Institutions Group.

Our ideal candidate will be seeking a 24-32 hour flexible schedule.

How You Will Make an Impact at Rehmann:

  • Leading and performing internal audit control, operational and regulatory compliance audits for financial institutions clients
  • Providing a “wow” experience to every client
  • Building and nurturing client relationships
  • Interacting with senior management and audit committees
  • Teaching and developing associates
  • Participating in activities to grow the firm and generate business with new  clients
  • Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists to existing clients

Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:

  • Expertise in the banking/financial industry or regulatory compliance field
  • Understanding of operational areas, such as branch operations, loan, deposit and related regulatory compliance areas
  • CRCM, CCBCO and/or CAMS certifications, preferred
  • Willingness to travel throughout Florida, with a primary focus in mid and southern Florida
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills
  • Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Out-of-the box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A new perspective and new ideas allowing us to continuously improve
