We are seeking a talented Financial Service Assistant to support our Naples & Bonita Springs teams. Position will be based in the Naples, FL office.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conducting research, gathering & analyzing data and preparing forms and reports
  • Working with Para-planners, Financial Advisors and other team members to prepare for client meetings
  • Drafting documents, proposals, exhibits, presentations and correspondence
  • Contacting clients as needed to gather or transmit information
  • Ensuring accurate and updated information is maintained in our CRM system, including phone calls, client actions/requests and meeting notes
  • Working with custodians and vendors to ensure that correct client information is downloaded properly into each system
  • Acting as a departmental resource for office software
  • Arranging meetings, ensuring all participants are confirmed, meeting rooms are reserved and services are provided as needed
  • Working with our team to cross-train in administrative and technical functions
  • Assisting Financial Advisors in following best practices
  • Provide general administrative support to the Naples office

Your Desired Skills & Experiences:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry required
  • Associate’s degree in general business or similar education/experience combination
  • Series 6,7 or 63 desired, but not required
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills
  • Commitment to being an excellent representative of the Rehmann brand
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm or greater
  • Ability to multi-task while still providing outstanding customer service to external and internal clients
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
