We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our Vero Beach office.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Providing high-level administrative assistance to office Principal
  • Drafting letters
  • Setting up appointments and meetings
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Contacting clients
  • Preparing documents, including correspondence, proposals and reports
  • Exhibiting unwavering integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Arranging meetings ensuring all participants are contacted, meeting rooms are prepared and services are provided as needed 

Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Values:

  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Ability to display a professional demeanor and business etiquette at all times
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to operate multiple phone lines, printers/copiers, fax machines, document scanners, etc.
  • Demonstrates ability to handle communications in a discrete and confidential manner
