We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to be based in our Saginaw office. 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Provides high level clerical/administrative support to department leaders
  • Prepares documents, including correspondence, documents, and reports 
  • Assists with proposal creation and processing
  • Exhibits unwavering integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Interacts with clients and vendors at a professional level
  • Maintains client files ensuring all documents are properly scanned and filed and that client information is available as needed by professional staff
  • Maintains electronic databases to produce reports and other documents
  • Schedules appointments and meetings; makes travel arrangements as needed
  • Arranges meetings ensuring all participants are contacted and confirmed, meeting rooms are prepared and services are provided as needed
  • Acts as backup to the Receptionist and other administrative support personnel as needed

Your Desired Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Ability to display a professional demeanor and business etiquette at all times
  • Ability to quickly learn and master different software programs.
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to operate multiple phone lines, printers/copiers, fax machines, document scanners, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to internal clients
  • Demonstrates ability to handle communications in a discrete and confidential manner.
  • Able to prioritize work, manage time, and work in a due-date driven environment.
